my thumb stopped aching by day three
I edit on my phone for work and the base of my thumb was sore constantly. Wore this in the evenings for a week and the ache is basically gone. It holds the joint still without locking my hand up.

thin enough to keep typing
I was worried it would be a bulky brace. It's low profile, so I can still type and use a trackpad with it on. Only thing I take it off for is washing my hands.

the strap adjustment is the whole thing
Two straps means you can get the thumb snug and the wrist looser. My old one was one-size and cut off circulation. This one I forget I'm wearing.

good for late-night scrolling habits
Honest use case: I scroll in bed too much. This keeps my wrist neutral so I don't wake up with that dull throb on the outside of the joint. Small fix, real difference.

held up through a full workweek
Wore it eight hours a day for five days. No stretching out, no fraying at the velcro, no sweaty smell. Feels like it will last past the year.

finally something that fits a smaller hand
Most wrist supports swim on me. Cinched this down and it sat properly across the thumb without bunching. Gaming sessions feel a lot less punishing now.

relief without babying my hand
I still cook, drive, and carry things with it on. It limits the motion that hurts and leaves the rest alone. That balance is rare.
